First time in Nando’s - amazing experience! At first, we were nicely welcomed by the staff (Ramon) and then the menu was explained in detail and in a very comprehensible manner. The food was delicious and we will definitely come back for more!

What I liked most about this Nando's was the service, 10/10! I didn’t ask the manager’s name, but he was incredibly nice. You don't often find people in hospitality nowadays who are passionate about their jobs, so I want to congratulate the manager and his team for their amazing service.

They have done up this place soo nicely now. It is very beautiful, airy and vibrant. Staff named Elizabeth is awesome, she is like the mum of this home (just the way she handles herself with a welcoming but straight to the point attitude, love it!).

Went Nando's in Bethnal Green with my wife after work. Quite busy when we went there with kids screaming in the background. Martyna who served us was so nice and understanding delivered an amazing service. I asked her if she move us to another table, no problem immediately she got another table ready. Made another request for our order preferences, she made sure of it. Martyna is a great of someone who understands what excellent customer service is and she delivered. Which is rare these days NANDOS, GIVE HER A PROMOTION!!!
